Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Novame, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.

To request a refund, contact us at support@novame.care with the email address associated with your Novame account. If your request is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Access to the service will end once the refund is processed

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment only and is limited to one refund per customer. Refund eligibility cannot be transferred or applied to new accounts created after a prior refund has been issued.

2. Subscription Renewals

Refunds are not available for subscription renewal payments. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You can cancel at any time as described in Section 3.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to Novame until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time remaining after cancellation

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewal charges
  • Any one-time purchases or add-ons, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
  • Subscriptions where the account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting Novame directly, your account may be suspended while the dispute is under review. We encourage you to contact us at support@novame.care first — we will work to resolve any issue promptly.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
